Sips n Flips is more than just a beverage and snack trailer—it’s a dream built by family with purpose.

Hi, we’re Nicole and David, the proud owners behind Sips n Flips. We transformed a vintage 1960s Yellowstone camper—completely gutting and rebuilding it—into the colorful, welcoming trailer you see today. Every detail reflects our personality, our creativity, and our passion for bringing people together.

Family is at the heart of everything we do. We raised five children while opening our home to Nicole’s nephew when he was just a few months old. Today, he’s 17 and excited to be a big part of this journey with us. We’re also blessed with eight grandchildren (and one more on the way!), and many of them already love helping out at the trailer—they’re truly part of the Sips n Flips experience.

Autism has played a meaningful role in our family, with four of our grandsons and nephews all on the spectrum. Their unique strengths, perspectives, and joy have inspired us in countless ways—and they are a big reason Sips n Flips exists today.

We’ve poured our hearts into creating something that not only serves great drinks and snacks but also builds connection, inclusion, and opportunity.
